BigVU – Video Creation Made Simple

This is something which I’m going to be purchasing this year for me, because I missed it out last two times they were coming on a lifetime deal. I thought why not, because the main reason I’m considering to buy this particular software for me is that I do want to create more short content based video for YouTube shorts, Twitter and all these things.

BigVU makes that process much more easy. It provides teleprompter to easily create my own script, generate it using AI, and then record the video from my phone with the mobile app. It will automatically display all the prompts for me to read it out loud, and it will automatically make them with cool little subtitles with all the editing features. So I thought why not try it out!

  • AI script generation for quick content creation
  • Mobile app with teleprompter for seamless recording
  • Automatic subtitle generation with editing features
  • Perfect for YouTube Shorts, Twitter videos, and social content

SEOcrawl – Google Data Made Actionable

This is another recommended product I actually got, and I will create a video very soon for this. Basically, SEOcrawl is not like other SEO tools comparing to Ahrefs – it’s not doing what they are doing. Even though it mentions them as their competitors, I don’t believe it.

What SEOcrawl is good at is if you want to make sense of your Google Search Console data and Google Analytics data. We get this data from Google Analytics and Search Console when we connect, and we are able to see some data within their portal itself, but most of the important way of using this data is hidden for us.

With SEOcrawl, what it does is it gives us those data in a creative way where it will make more sense to find hidden winners, losers, what we are doing good, what we are doing bad, what are the opportunities we are missing – all these things in really good detail. So if you’re into seeing those kind of data, you can go with SEOcrawl.

Wave.video – All-in-One Video Solution

This is a really good one I have my personal usage on, and I use it a lot! Wave.video is not only for hosting your videos, but it helps you to create videos from templates, from scratch, and also it helps you to stream videos into your social media channels. Basically, it’s an all-in-one suite related to videos.

The problem with YouTube is it’s a public site, they have lot of regulations, they also reduce your YouTube video quality, and they will display all your other YouTube videos which provides lot of complications. So if you’re designing a website for your client, you don’t want to host that video within your website client server itself because that will consume lot of bandwidth and might make your website slow.

  • Video hosting with better quality control than YouTube
  • Template-based video creation from scratch
  • Social media streaming capabilities
  • Perfect for client websites and professional use

🔍 Detailed Software Reviews

Sessions – Video Meetings & Conferences

Sessions is sort of like a own video meetings or conferences app which is really good. There are lot of feedback and lot of stability to this software. Basically, you can use this to host any sort of media meeting with multiple people using this solution.

Depositphotos – Stock Image Solution

We already know Depositphotos – it is a stock image website which helps you to find lot of stock images. They also have really good quality amount of stock images, but it is like a tradition with AppSumo – every Black Friday, Depositphotos will come back for stock images.

If you really need stock images with the premium collection, I believe they have over 195 million stock images. It’s a credit-based deal, so for $39 I believe you get around 100 stock images, and depending on your need, you can stack codes up to 10.

Voilà – AI Productivity Extension

Voilà is another productivity extension I do have installed. In fact, I like to use Edge for all my work, and inside that I use Voilà. It is really good – it has functionality with the quick popup window where I can start using it anywhere I want to use ChatGPT to rewrite, create, or modify or help with my workflow. It is a really good extension I use a lot.

Robomotion RPA – Advanced Automation

Robomotion is an advanced but very mature tool which helps you to create repetitive tasks and make them automated. That is really good, and I believe it is a really good tool. The honest answer is because I didn’t go for it – the complexity still complex me a lot, so I have just not yet tried this as of now.

FUSEBASE – Rebranded Nimbus Note

FUSEBASE is the rebranding of Nimbus Note. I told that I had bad experience with Nimbus Note because of its lack of robustness – I prefer Notion because I find Notion much more effective in adaptability and features, so I moved away from Nimbus.

Now they are coming with much more improved backend with FUSEBASE, and they’ve done a lot of changes. I have the LTD, but still I haven’t tested out the new version, so I probably will do that. We also have a discussion thread for this inside our community.

Brilliant Directories – Membership & Directory Solution

This is another really popular solution in the community which, if you want to create your own directory or membership website… The complexity comes with those kind of projects to create something like that. You want to create, manage, host it, update it, configure all little things where you are taking your focus from what your business goal is to the code stuff or the unnecessary stuff.

That is what Brilliant Directories takes away from you because they do have a huge product. Just look at the number of reviews on AppSumo – it is almost five-star rating with 798 reviews, so it’s a well-established product. That might help you to focus on the important things rather than the technical stuff.

The reason I didn’t buy this is even though they are really good at what they do… I personally am a person who is more comfortable with self-hosting any of my projects. When I go into an important project for my personal need, I prefer to use any solution which I can self-host – WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, or any other solution which I can manage. That way I know that I’m 100% confident that the core software is not going to go away.

Content Pace – Content Optimization Tool

Content Pace – I do have this LTD. It used to be really good, and it still does what it claims to do, so that is not a con with this particular software. It helps you to create content optimization, and the main feature is it helps you to create outlines for your blog posts from all your competitor data. It provides the data in a really great interface view. I have created a dedicated video for this also in my channel.

The problem with this is that it used to be a unique feature, but nowadays almost all the content optimization AI tools, even SEO tools, are coming up with a content outliner feature. That makes it a bit less effective unless they make something significant. Still, it is a good tool at what it does, but other tools are overcoming that with a lot of features.

Chopcast – Long-form to Short-form Video

Chopcast is another tool which I’m interested to check out, but I still see lot of bugs or important features missing in the app currently. Basically, it cuts out long-form videos into clips for promoting on your social media content, which might be helpful for someone like me as a content creator. That’s why I’m saying I will check this out, but still I’m not on the “go” side yet – I’m still on the negative side. If they convince me, I might go for it.

Netpeak Spider & Checker Bundle – Technical SEO

This is something which is interesting for me because you guys know that I am an SEO person – I love SEO tools! When we say SEO, something like Ahrefs, SEMrush, all these things come to mind. If you’re a technical SEO guy, especially something like Screaming Frog comes to mind.

Netpeak is one such solution because they are good at what they do. They try to make some optimal designs to help with bulk data gathering, bulk data analysis, scraping, crawling and everything. They are bringing Netpeak Spider and Checker Bundle. This is a good one if you are more into the technical SEO side – you might check it out. I will personally do more checking into that, and if limits are good, I might go for it.

⚠️ Tools I’m Not Recommending (And Why)

Logo Diffusion – AI Logo Creation

Logo Diffusion is something new for creating logos. I don’t have any interest in this particular thing because I am a subscriber to ChatGPT Plus, which I can use DALL-E inside that ChatGPT Plus for that particular reason. So I’m not going to be interested in that, but if you are, you might check out – they do offer a lot of features on their logo design capabilities.

SUPERMACHINE – AI Image Generation

SUPERMACHINE is a way of generating art or images. In this latest modern age, even stock image sites are getting a little bit down on demand, I would say, because AI image creation is the new trend these days – everything we can generate with AI. So if you are looking for something to do with generation of AI images, SUPERMACHINE might be a good option, but I already have other solutions.

🤔 Tools I Haven’t Fully Tested

Here are some tools that are part of the Black Friday deals, but I don’t have enough personal experience to give you a solid recommendation:

  • WebWave – Website builder without coding (165+ reviews, but no personal experience)
  • Acumbamail – Email marketing (I have the LTD but haven’t used it yet, still using ConvertKit)
  • VBOUT – Marketing solution (community feedback has been really good, but no personal experience)
  • Vista Social – Social media management (I personally use Social Bee for my social media tasks)
  • ZeroWork Creator App – Task bot building (no experience whatsoever with this particular software)

💰 My Personal Picks for 2025

Based on my experience and needs, here are the tools I’m personally considering or already using:

  1. BigVU – Finally getting this for short-form video content creation
  2. SEOcrawl – Already purchased for better Google Analytics/Search Console insights
  3. Wave.video – Continue using for all-in-one video solutions
  4. Netpeak Spider & Checker Bundle – Considering for technical SEO work
  5. AppMySite – Already own, great for WordPress to mobile app conversion

🎯 How to Choose the Right Tools

Not a lot of value deals for me because I have 50% of LTDs already available – most are making a comeback. So in case if you missed something, you might get it now. Something like BigVU for me with the teleprompter function, but apart from that, you should check out what fits your specific needs.

Here’s my approach to evaluating these deals:

  • Personal Experience First – I always prioritize tools I’ve actually used
  • Community Feedback – Our Facebook community discussions provide valuable insights
  • Review Count & Ratings – High review counts like Brilliant Directories (798 reviews) indicate proven solutions
  • Self-Hosting Preference – I prefer solutions I can control and host myself when possible
  • Avoid Duplicate Features – No point buying tools that replicate what I already have

⏰ Final Thoughts on AppSumo Black Friday 2025

Remember, these Black Friday deals are going to be available for about a week or so, and we do have that extra 10% discount automatically applied for all these deals. The key is not to get caught up in the hype – only invest in tools that solve actual problems in your business.

As I always say, if you’re interested in checking out any deal and it helps me make a commission if you make any purchases, it does not affect your price but helps me support my channel to create more videos like this.

Focus on tools that:

  • Solve a specific problem you currently have
  • Have proven track records (check those review counts!)
  • Fit into your existing workflow
  • Offer features you can’t get elsewhere for the same price

Once again, thank you so much for reading this comprehensive review, and I hope to see you guys in another great guide. Cheers!
