Thirteen web properties I own personally and run outside employer work, in English and Tamil, across Sri Lanka, India and a global audience. Nothing goes into an employer roadmap or a client playbook until it has cost me my own traffic first. Every number below is dated and checkable.

A review and deals platform for AI and SaaS software. Every tool is bought with my own money and tested in a live project before a verdict is written, and the methodology is published rather than implied.

Result

Reached Domain Rating 56 and 59 top-three Google positions inside its first year, on a category where every competitor is affiliate-funded. It also pulls 5,090 sessions from ChatGPT, a referral channel that did not exist when I started reviewing tools in 2019.

Practical guides for Sri Lankan readers across finance, career, technology and everyday life. The oldest continuously growing authority site I own, and the one that taught me what compounding actually looks like.

Result

2,672 referring domains earned without an outreach budget or a single paid link, plus 26 Sri Lankan queries held in the Google top three. It has survived every core update since 2019, including the helpful content rollouts that flattened most of its competitors.

Result

Past 100,000 readers with 85 ranked queries and 9 in the Google top three, on a domain with 43 referring domains. It is the clearest example I own that local intent plus genuine on-the-ground detail beats domain authority.

Result

11 of the 13 queries this site ranks for sit in the Google top three, an 85% top-three rate. That was the whole hypothesis: a tightly scoped site that answers one thing completely beats a broad one that answers forty things partially.

Named first by ChatGPT, Google and Bing for Tamil digital marketing and Tamil SEO expert queries, with dated screenshots published in April 2026. The same entity and structured-data work is what I point at SaaS categories.

Domain Rating 39 and 568 referring domains in its first year. The open question it exists to answer: does a transparent scoring rubric with disclosed commercials out-rank the vendor-written roundups that currently own these SERPs?

Mass schedules across four churches, transport routes from major Indian cities, verified accommodation and feast-season planning for the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health in Velankanni, Tamil Nadu. Not affiliated with the Basilica or the Diocese, and it says so.

Result

28 ranked queries with 4 already in the Google top three before its first feast season, from 200+ hotel listings verified on the ground. My mother took my brother and me to morning mass every day growing up, so this one is not a keyword play.

Why This Page Exists

Owning the test bed is the whole advantage

Nothing untested reaches a roadmap

Entity and schema work for AI search ran on Tamil-language sites for years before it went anywhere near a product. When ChatGPT, Google and Bing all started naming those sites first, the method had earned the right to be proposed elsewhere.

My own money is the control group

Every one of these sites is paid for out of pocket. That removes the usual incentive to call an experiment a success, and it is why I can tell a founder that a tactic did not work without it costing me a retainer.

Failures stay on the record

More than 100 sites have been built since 2010. Google Panda and Penguin wiped an entire portfolio of them in one pass. That loss is what forced the shift to authority building, and it is why the surviving thirteen are structured the way they are.

Hard languages make honest tests

Tamil and Sinhala search is poorly served by every major SEO tool. A method that works where the tooling is blind is a method that does not depend on the tooling, which is exactly what you want pointed at a competitive SaaS category.

Questions about these projects

How many websites does Alston Antony own?

More than 100 websites have been built and managed since 2010, most of them long since retired, sold or killed off after they stopped earning their keep. The 13 properties listed on this page are the ones currently owned and actively run, and they are the only ones any claim on this site is based on.

Why publish the numbers behind your own sites?

Because search marketing is full of people whose only evidence is a case study about someone else. Every property here can be checked independently: the Ahrefs figures can be re-pulled by anyone with a free Domain Rating checker, the ranking screenshots are dated, and the platform figures are published on the properties themselves. If a number on this page is wrong, it is falsifiable, which is the point.

Are these projects related to your work at Brainstorm Force?

No. Everything on this page is owned personally and run outside employer hours. The relationship runs one way: methods get tested here first, at my own cost, and only the ones that survive get proposed anywhere else. Employer results are reported separately on the homepage and are not mixed into these figures.

Why is organic traffic not shown for every project?

Because third-party traffic estimates are unreliable for Tamil, Sinhala and local Indian search, which is most of this portfolio. Tools that undercount a language by an order of magnitude produce a flattering-looking number that cannot be defended, so structural metrics are published instead: Domain Rating, referring domains and how many keywords sit in the Google top three. Those can be re-checked by anyone.

What do these projects have to do with SaaS SEO?

They are where the methods get proven before a client or a product ever sees them. Entity and schema work for AI search was tested on Tamil-language sites until ChatGPT, Google and Bing all named them first. Comparison and review page structure was tested on ZPlatform.ai and AI Tools Marketer against affiliate-funded competitors. Local and seasonal intent was tested on Coimbatore Junction and Velankanni Shrine. Nothing goes into a SaaS playbook until it has cost me my own traffic first.
