Is the Internal Linking Related Contents Lifetime Deal Worth It?

For a large content site, yes. For a small one, you are automating a problem you do not have.

Why Internal Links Matter More Than Most People Think

The mechanism is worth stating properly, because it is the most underrated lever in SEO and I have the data to say so.

When I audited my own link graph on 21 August 2026, 118 of 122 money pages had no link from any post, and 12 of 13 posts did not link to their own hub. That is a site quietly wasting almost everything it earns, and I had been publishing for years without noticing.

Here is why it costs you. Authority flows through links. A page that earns external links accumulates strength, and internal links are how that strength reaches the rest of your site. A page with no internal links pointing at it is receiving nothing, no matter how much authority sits elsewhere on the domain. It is also harder to discover: crawlers follow links, and a page reachable only from a sitemap is a page the crawler has little reason to prioritise.

Internal linking is also the cheapest SEO work available, because it requires no outreach, no permission and no content. You already own every page involved.

Where Automation Helps and Where It Quietly Hurts

This is the judgement call the plugin cannot make for you.

Automated related-content linking is good at coverage. It guarantees no post is orphaned, it surfaces older content that would otherwise be buried, and it does this consistently across a thousand posts without anyone remembering to. On a large site that consistency is worth real money and no human process matches it.

What it is bad at is intent. Automation links by similarity, and similarity is not the same as usefulness. The most valuable internal link on a page is usually the one pointing at the thing the reader should do next, which is frequently not the most topically similar post. A guide about diagnosing a problem should link to the page that solves it, and the solution page often shares few keywords with the diagnosis.

So the failure mode is a site where every post links to five similar posts and none of them link to anything that converts. It looks well-linked in an audit and routes authority in a circle among your blog posts while your money pages stay starved. That is close to what my own audit found, and automation would not have fixed it.

The workable split: let the plugin handle related-content coverage at the bottom of posts, and place your important links by hand, in the body, where they carry more weight and follow the reader’s actual journey.

25 reviews is anecdote. The score is high and the sample is too small to lean on, and one unhappy buyer would take it below 4.6.

What I would take from it is that the plugin works as described for the people who bought it. What it cannot tell you is whether it suits a site your size, and size is the whole question with this category.

For a WordPress-specific plugin the more useful durability signal is update cadence. Check when it was last updated against current WordPress versions before you buy a permanent licence.

Count Your Posts Before You Install Anything

1. Day 1. Count your posts. Under about 50, the honest answer is that you can do this by hand better than any plugin, and you should keep the money.
2. Day 1. Before installing, list your five most important pages. The ones that make money. Write them down.
3. Week 1. Install, configure, and let it run. Then check whether any of those five pages gained links. If not, the automation is doing coverage work that does not touch your priorities, which is fine as long as you know it.
4. Week 1. Read the related links on five posts as a visitor. Would you click any of them? Automated relevance is often technically correct and practically uninteresting.
5. Week 2. Check page speed. Plugins that compute relationships on page load rather than on save can be expensive. Run PageSpeed Insights before and after.
6. Week 4. Look at whether internal link click-through appears anywhere in your analytics. If nobody is clicking these links, they are doing crawl and authority work only, which is still worth something but is a smaller claim than the listing makes.
7. Day 55. Decide. If your five key pages are still orphaned, the plugin has not solved your actual problem and an afternoon of manual linking would have.
