Indexing tools get pages discovered, crawled and kept in the index — through submission APIs, coverage diagnosis, and finding the pages an engine has decided not to keep.
What Indexing tools do
Publishing a page does not index it, and the gap between the two is where a great deal of SEO effort quietly disappears. These tools work on three fronts: pushing URLs to engines that accept submissions, reporting which pages are indexed and which were excluded and why, and finding the pattern behind the exclusions. The important asymmetry is that IndexNow, which Bing and Yandex accept, is safe to use freely, while Google’s Indexing API is intended for narrow content types and bulk use on ordinary pages carries a genuine penalty risk.
