SERP Analysis tools
SERP analysis tools examine the results page itself — which features occupy it, what intent it rewards, who holds it and how that has changed — rather than reporting your position on it.
What SERP Analysis tools do
Before deciding whether a keyword is worth a page, the question is whether the page can win anything. A results page dominated by an AI answer, a product carousel and three forum threads is a different proposition from ten editorial articles, whatever the volume column says. These tools capture the composition of the page, the questions surfaced on it, and the historical churn — which tells you whether a position is defensible or whether the SERP reshuffles every month.
The sub-types inside this category
- Feature and layout trackers Record which SERP features are present and how much of the page they occupy.
- Question and PAA extractors Pull the questions the engine itself surfaces, which is intent data straight from the source.
- Historical SERP archives Show who held the page over time, distinguishing a stable result from a volatile one.

Entry price is the lowest published figure on a plan you could buy on its own — add-ons and extra seats are excluded, and a tool whose vendor publishes no figure sits under “price not published” rather than being guessed at.
